PwC consents to incorporation of audit report in S-3ASR and S-8 registrations

PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan LLC provided consent to incorporate its May 1, 2026 audit report of SiTime's Timing Product Business into the company's Form S-3ASR and multiple Form S-8 registrations. The consent enables SiTime to reference the audited financial statements in its securities offerings and employee stock plans.
