QNB Corp. reports Q3 2026 net loss amid restructuring

QNB Corp. reported a net loss of $14.77 million for Q3 2026 due to a $27.71 million loss from a securities portfolio restructuring. Excluding these one-time costs, adjusted net income was $7.21 million. The bank also concluded the acquisition of Victory Bancorp in April and recently priced a public offering.
