Quanta Services sells up to $2.0B in senior notes

Quanta Services entered into an underwriting agreement representing up to $2.0 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes, including 4.850% notes due 2029, 5.300% notes due 2033, and 5.550% notes due 2036.
