Safe Pro Group amends executive employment agreement with increased severance and bonus terms

Safe Pro Group Inc. executed Amendment No. 4 to its employment agreement with Executive Theresa Carlise, effective May 27, 2026, increasing severance from three to six months base salary and adding a $1,000 monthly home office allowance. The amendment also establishes change-in-control provisions providing twelve months base salary, pro-rated bonuses, and medical payments, while guaranteeing a minimum 25% annual bonus on top of a 100% target bonus opportunity.
