Santander to redeem all preferred stock on Oct. 15, 2026

Santander Holdings USA, Inc. announced the redemption of all 5.4 million depositary shares for its Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock Series I. The transaction, valued at $135 million, will be executed on Oct. 15, 2026, post-closing dividend payment.
