Seer Announces Further Influx of Unsolicited Acquisition Proposals

On July 28 and 29, 2026, Seer received further revised unsolicited proposals from Bradley L. Radoff and Omid Farokhzad to acquire the company for $2.55 per share and $2.45 per share, respectively. The Special Committee will review these proposals to determine the best action for stockholders.
