Shareholders approve D. Boral ARC Acquisition I Corp. business combination with Exascale.

Exascale and BCAR announced the EGM results for the merger to create Exascale Labs Holdings Inc., which is expected to close shortly. Upon completion, shares and warrants will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols XLAB and XLABW.
