Shops endorse 2.27M share offering per new sales agreement

Super League Enterprise authorized a sales agreement with Benchmark and StoneX to resell up to $2.27 million of its common stock, effectively adding to its authorized but unissued shares. The company filed an 8-K this Friday to disclose the new agreement.
