Silver Bow Mining Agrees to Acquire Three Properties From Montana Goldfields

Silver Bow Mining Corp. entered into an asset purchase agreement dated August 21, 2026, to acquire properties from Montana Goldfields and Montana Tunnels Mining. The transaction has been declared effective by the SEC on August 25, 2026.
