Silver Bow Mining and sellers amend asset purchase agreement for Montana Tunnels Mine

Silver Bow Mining and Montana Goldfields amended the asset purchase agreement for the Montana Tunnels Mine to extend the Outside Date by 60 days. This relates to a previously announced acquisition strategy.
