Silver Bow Mining files note purchase agreement for financing

Silver Bow Mining Corp. entered into a secured promissory note purchase agreement with Ocean Partners UK Limited for an aggregate principal face amount of $5 million to fund operations and the Jefferson County Metallurgical Complex project.
