Soligenix registers $2.956M at-the-market equity offering

Soligenix filed a Form S-3 registration statement for an at-the-market equity offering of up to $2.956 million in common stock through Rodman & Renshaw LLC as sales agent. The offering provides the biotech company with additional capital raising flexibility under market conditions.
