Sow Good Amends Share Purchase Agreement for Zambia Transaction

Sow Good Inc. amended its April 2026 share purchase agreement with Ryzon Materials Limited to structure a separate investment and subscription deal for Sow Good Tanzania Inc. The structure retains 0.03% of the target companies' issued share capital for the seller.
