SPAC and GOWell amend deal to add lock-up agreements

Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. V and GOWell Technology entered into a third amendment to their business combination agreement. The amendment replaces an existing Section with a new one requiring the execution of lock-up agreements with PubCo upon the closing of the business combination.
