SPAR Group amends services agreement with ReposiTrak for $2.325M contract

ReposiTrak and SPAR Group amended their services agreement to allow ReposiTrak to elect payment in cash, SPAR Group stock, or a combination thereof for $2.325 million in services. The amendment provides flexibility in settlement terms valued at five-day volume-weighted average price for any stock issuance.
