Spyre Therapeutics amends license agreement with Paragon Therapeutics expanding field of use.

Spyre and Paragon amended their license agreement dated February 2025 to expand the Field definition from inflammatory bowel disease to all therapeutic areas, effective May 29, 2026. The amendment broadens commercialization rights and adds definitions for IL-23p19 targets and material transaction thresholds.
