Starz Enters New Credit Agreement With Incremental ConvLimits

Starz Entertainment Corp. and JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. have executed Amendment No. 1 to the company's May 6, 2025, Credit and Guarantee Agreement, increasing revolving credit commitments by $33 million and incrementally revamping term loans by $67 million. This new financing capacity is expected to materially enhance the company's financial flexibility and liquidity.
