Strawberry Fields REIT registers 2.6M warrant shares for Israeli investors

Strawberry Fields REIT filed a Form S-3 registration statement covering up to 2,603,936 common shares issuable upon exercise of Series 1 Warrants sold to Israeli investors under Regulation S. The offering expands the company's capital structure and provides additional liquidity access through warrant conversions.
