SUNation Energy files placement agency agreement for equity offering

SUNation Energy engaged Maxim Group LLC and Roth Capital Partners as placement agents for a direct common stock offering to investors. The company will pay placement agents a 4.5% cash fee on gross proceeds from the offering.
