Sunshine Biopharma appoints Aegis Capital Corp. as placement agent

Sunshine Biopharma Inc. executed a placement agent agreement with Aegis Capital Corp. to manage a best-efforts secondary offering. This agreement gives Aegis a three-month period to arrange the sale of common stock and warrants.
