SVAQ, Merger Sub, and EigenQ amend Business Combination Agreement

Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp., SVAQ Merger Sub, and EigenQ filed a First Amendment to their Business Combination Agreement, which updates a Sponsor Support Agreement and replaces the Fully Diluted Shares definition for the proposed merger.
