TeraWulf acquires 1+ GW Eastern Kentucky HPC campus for AI infrastructure expansion

TeraWulf acquired the Muskie Data Campus in Eastern Kentucky from Industrial Equity Partners, expected to support over 1 gigawatt of data center capacity with initial 500 MW delivery in H2 2028. The acquisition strengthens the company's portfolio of energy-advantaged digital infrastructure sites aligned with growing AI and HPC demand.
