Trio Petroleum to earn 80% of Croverro lands

Trio Petroleum Corp entered a farmout agreement with Croverro Energy Ltd to earn an 80% working interest on lands in Alberta and Saskatchewan, subject to the parties' standard operating procedures for drilling, completion, and equipping.
