TScan reports positive Phase 1 data for TSC-101 in heme malignancy study

TScan Therapeutics announced positive initial data from Cohort C of the ALLOHA Phase 1 study, with 11 of 14 patients achieving complete donor chimerism within three weeks and 93% showing clinical response. The company remains on track to enroll its first patient in the Phase 3 ALLOHA-2 study this month, supporting the commercial viability of their TCR-engineered T cell therapy.
