TXNM Energy sells 7.08M shares via Wells Fargo

TXNM Energy agreed to issue up to 7,079,646 shares of common stock through an underwriting agreement with Wells Fargo Securities. This secondary offering is planned to occur on August 31, 2026, and is subject to registration under the U.S. Securities Act.
