UHS issues supplemental indenture for 5.5% and 6.0% senior secured notes

Universal Health Services, Inc. entered into a supplemental indenture for $515.0 million aggregate principal amount of 5.500% senior secured notes due 2031 and $285.0 million aggregate principal amount of 6.000% senior secured notes due 2036, as disclosed in an EX-4.3 filing.
