UMH Properties CFO Anna Chew retires after 35 years; Kevin Miller named successor

Anna T. Chew, who served as CFO for over 31 years, is retiring effective June 1, 2026, though she will remain in an advisory role and on the Board. Kevin S. Miller, a CPA with real estate and accounting experience, has been named as her successor to lead the company's finance operations.
