Uniti Group prices $1.1B Kinetic Fiber securitization notes offering

Uniti Group's subsidiary Kinetic ABS Issuer priced $1.14 billion in secured fiber network revenue notes with a weighted average coupon of 6.180% and expected July 2026 closing. The offering finances fiber network assets across ten states and will be used for capital expenditures and debt repayment.
