US Alliance Corp appoints Jeffrey Brown as VP and Principal Financial Officer

US Alliance Corporation has entered into an employment agreement with Jeffrey Brown effective June 1, 2026, appointing him to multiple senior executive positions across the holding company and its subsidiaries. The appointment includes roles as Vice President and Principal Financial Officer of the parent company and President and Chief Operating Officer of its life insurance subsidiaries.
