Valhi declares $0.08 quarterly dividend; appoints Randy Hill to board.

Valhi's board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share payable June 25, 2026, and appointed Randy L. Hill to fill a board vacancy following W. Hayden McIlroy's death in April. Stockholders also approved executive compensation at the annual meeting held May 21, 2026.
