Veritone establishes ATM offering with UBS, Needham, and Craig-Hallum

Veritone, Inc. entered into a sales agreement with three underwriters to offer shares of common stock on an at-the-market basis. The offering provides the company with flexibility to raise capital through registered shares on the Form S-3 filed in June 2024.
