Vertex reports strong Q3 results, raises 2026 revenue guidance

Vertex Pharmaceuticals reported Q3 revenue of $3.44 billion, up 12%, and raised full-year revenue guidance to $13.15 to $13.25 billion. The company also closed the acquisition of Crinetics Pharmaceuticals and is preparing for approval of povetacicept in renal medicine.
