Victory Capital refinances $985M term loan with $980M Tranche B-4 facility

Victory Capital Holdings executed a seventh amendment to its credit agreement, refinancing its Tranche B-3 Term Loans with new Tranche B-4 Term Loans of $980.075 million effective May 18, 2026. The refinancing reduces debt by approximately $5 million and extends the company's credit facilities.
