WesBanco Chief Risk Officer Michael Perkins to retire, transition to consulting role

Michael L. Perkins, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at WesBanco Inc., will retire effective June 30, 2026, and serve as a consultant through June 30, 2027, to facilitate an orderly transition of duties. The leadership transition may affect investor perception of risk management continuity at the regional bank holding company.
