XCF Global raises $2M in private placement of 13.3M shares

XCF Global is issuing 13.3 million common shares for $2 million in a private placement under Regulation D exemption. The company plans to register resale rights in connection with its announced business combination with Southern Energy Renewables and DevvStream Corp.
