Apollo updates Net Asset Value methodology as of July 1, 2026.
Apollo Infrastructure Co LLC will begin using a Transactional Net Asset Value calculation method for share transactions effective July 1, 2026. The new methodology adjusts GAAP Net Asset Value by including monthly fee accruals and excluding estimated future tax liabilities.
