Hut8 Corp fully commercialized its Beacon Point campus and secured a second 352 MW lease, expanding its AI data center contract value to $26.6 billion while simultaneously closing a $1.07 billion credit facility to fund its expansion.

Hut 8 entered into a term credit agreement for up to $250 million to fund general corporate purposes. The facility includes a $100 million accordion feature.
