Los Altos Ventures to acquire Matternet in merger deal
Los Altos Ventures Corp. agreed to merge with drone delivery company Matternet, Inc. in an all-stock transaction expected to close in 2026. The merger combines a SPAC with an established autonomous delivery technology company to create a public enterprise.
