Oxbridge Re establishes ATM offering agreement with Chardan Capital Markets
Oxbridge Re Holdings Limited entered into an at-the-market sales agreement with Chardan Capital Markets LLC to sell ordinary shares under its Form S-3 registration statement. The ATM offering provides the company with flexibility to raise capital opportunistically in the public markets.
